A Day in The Life: How I'm rebuilding my life

  • Aug 17

A Day on the Path is my story of fear, grief, healing, and the spiritual practices that helped me rebuild when nothing else could reach the deeper layers of my life. This is a YouTube channel where I'll be bringing my blog to life and sharing some of the deepest and most challenging moments of my life.

Bringing my blog to life on YouTube: A Day on the Path

This isn’t a channel about religion, trends, or pop‑spirituality. It’s not about bypassing pain or pretending everything is “love and light.” It’s about real darkness, real healing, and the spiritual tools that helped me survive it. It's how I'm going about rebuilding my life.

One day during meditation, I heard something clear: Help people use spiritual tools. Don’t just talk about them. Show them.

That’s what this series is for.

I’ll share the practices, classes, esoteric discoveries, and inner work that helped me move through the hardest moments of my life — not as a guru, but as someone who had to learn these tools to stay standing.

If you’re searching for your own path forward, you’re not alone.

Join me on the journey of spiritual discovery!

Subscribe, visit A Day in the Life, and let’s walk this road together.
