Building luck and include daily affirmations

If you feel stuck and feel like you’ve got back luck, you can turn the dial with positive affirmations.


Two-part technique 


Meditate

  • Go back to a time when you were lucky.

  • When you get there, meditate until a colour reaches out to you.

    • It can be any color that comes to mind.

  • Take the colour and run it down your body. Start at the head and imagine the colour penetrating your head. Do these for each body part until you your feet. Don’t forget your arms, fingers and toes.

  • Do this a second time but now with a brighter version of the original colour. The color needs to be brilliant.

  • Conduct the exercise a third time and increase the brilliance of the colour even more.

  • The fourth time is the charm. Turn the brilliance to really high (as high as possible) and think positive thoughts: I am lucky. I will be successful. And imagine the colour penetrating each part of the body.

  • Do this exercise periodically –  more often at first and reduce it to weekly and eventually monthly.


Daily affirmation about luck

On a daily basis, say:

I’m so lucky and good things always come to me. Show me how lucky I am today.

If this doesn’t resonate, change it to fit your personal desire or intuition.
