There are many different meditations and ways to approach meditation. When you’re meditating, it’s important to include a couple of daily rituals to celebrate life and also to show gratitude and alignment with the universe.

Gratitude through meditation and rituals

Adding gratitude to every meditation transforms your light, increases your vibration and invites the universe to gift you that which your soul has planned.


Daily prayer

Consider adding one of these short prayers to your daily meditation.

"All of life comes to me with ease and joy and glory - the good, the bad and the ugly."
