Healing: Breaking the cycle of past traumas and/or negative patterns
Do you have recurring negative patterns in your life? Do you notice the same patterns playing out over and over? Perhaps, it’s a relationship.
Or maybe, it’s a financial struggle. Possibly a workplace issue or maybe a behavioural issue (e.g. over eating, addiction). Does it intuitively feel like it’s related to past trauma? Do you blame yourself? Are you hard on yourself? Do you sometimes wonder if you’ve got bad karma?
I went through many repeat cycles of the same traumatic experience in the workplace. In fact, I also noticed similar repeat cycles in romantic relationships. And, I’ve been really hard on myself about these.
I’ve blamed myself and felt that these incidents/traumas were my fault. In fact, these incidents caused me to feel poorly about myself and impacted my self confidence.
This is a tough space to be in and can feel traumatic. Especially if there are several events going on at once.

Tools to help you heal trauma or repeat cycles
There are a few ways to work past these negative patterns and reset your experience, and ultimately change your life.
Deeper healing (different from the healing found in psychotherapy) is a part of a spiritual awakening. For most people, they’ll have events from this lifetime that need healing and for others, there may be events from past lives that require healing.
An important thing about healing is that it plays a role in achieving your soul’s goals and ascension.
Most importantly, healing is at the core of restoring your own balance, humanity, and peace that leads to a better experience in this lifetime.
Spiritual healing therapy
I’ve explored a number of therapies in hopes of healing not only the patterns of negativity in my life but also to restore and become a whole and loving person.
Every human being has trauma from some point in their life and spiritual healing can reach beyond the healing of negative patterns and can help heal the trauma you’ve experienced in your life.
Beyond regular psycho-therapy, there are opportunities to heal spiritually. Some of the therapies available include:

Energy healing
Energy healing is about discovering techniques that use energy and result in healing. Several masters teach this type of healing. There are a number of different kinds of methodologies. I’m going to share the ones that I’m familiar with.
I’ve completed some basic energy healing training provided by Jeffrey Allen and like his technique.
Using intuition and energy, he teaches you to find answers through your intuition about anything that might be blocking you or causing you pain. The purpose is to help you heal old wounds and ways of doing things so that you can attract abundance, love, health and happiness.
Other energy healers include:
Brennan Healing Science practitioners who are trained to interact with a client’s energy field in a deeply intuitive way, energetically supporting the client into alignment toward healing, as well as clearing, balancing, and renewing the energy field that supports physical and emotional health.
The healing technique is founded on the Human Energy-Consciousness System which refers to the interconnectedness of our physical body, mind, and the subtle energy that is believed to flow through and around us.
I’d recommend googling your local area for Brennan Healing Science practitioners to work with a practitioner from this school of healing. I’ve not done any sessions with practitioners from this methodology but am impressed with Barbara’s resume. She created this healing technique in 1982 and has been healing others and teaching practitioners since that time. I feel like it’s worth exploring her therapies.
Somatic healing
Somatic healing can help break recurring negative patterns in life by addressing the body's role in trauma and stress responses.. By reconnecting with bodily sensations and releasing stored tension, individuals can move beyond survival mode and cultivate a greater sense of self-awareness and resilience.
Somatic healing is a body-oriented approach to therapy that focuses on the connection between the mind and body, recognizing that past experiences and trauma can be stored in the body and affect a person's physical and emotional well-being.
A somatic therapist helps people release damaging, pent-up emotions in their body by using various mind-body techniques. These can vary widely, ranging from acupressure and hypnosis to breathwork and dance.
This process involves learning to regulate the nervous system, process emotions, and develop healthier patterns of interaction with oneself and the world.

Cellular resonance quantum healing
Beyond physicality, cellular resonance is a healing modality that addresses the core energetic frequencies of a human being. This modality focuses on the root cause of ailments and imbalances promoting transformation in both physical and metaphysical levels.
Quantum healing works with the quality of energy that sustains the human body and explores how the human mind, thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and past traumas influence this quantum energy field.
When this field is disrupted, it manifests as physical and emotional pain, illness, and other life challenges. By addressing these disruptions or interferences, quantum healing aims to restore balance and promote overall well-being.
Dr. Doug Lehrer is the founder of this technique. I completed live online sessions with him to heal my own patterns and trauma.
And, I liked this so much I’m looking to specialize in this technique and provide the same healing experience for others.
Faith healing
Faith healing is the practice of using religious faith, prayer, or rituals to bring about healing from illness or injury.
At the core of healing is the belief that divine intervention is involved and you can be healed as a result of divine intervention. It's a concept found in many religions and cultures.
I don’t have much experience or exposure to faith healing and mention it as there are many who do and it might be worth your time to explore this type of healing if it resonates with you.
Shamanic healing
Shamanic healing is an ancient spiritual practice focused on holistic healing through connection with the spirit world.
A multidisciplinary approach, this type of healing addresses physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Shamanic healers work with seen and unseen energies related to a problem and act as mediators between the client and the spirit world.
Shaman practitioners are masters in connecting body, mind and soul and can help with:

Altering states of consciousness where they can help you to enter an alternate state at will, and control themselves while moving in and out of those states.

Mediating between the needs of the spirit world and those of the physical world in a way that can be understood and used by you.

Serving your needs in a way that practitioners of other disciplines, such as physicians, psychiatrists, priests, and leaders are unable to help.
I don’t have personal experience with any shamanic healers but I believe there is much merit in them because of their longevity over many centuries and their deep, ancient connections to spirit and knowledge.
Again, the most I can recommend is to google shamanic healers in your local area.
The connection between ascension and spiritual healing
In a recent podcast, I summarized that your vibrational understanding of who you are is at the core of how you will be in the 5th dimension.
Shifting from physical to vibrational. The more you focus on love, the more likely you are to create from that vibration and your physical reality what it takes to shift and align with the vibration. And, ultimately ascend to that vibration.
But first, you must heal in this dimension. Healing is a journey in itself. Part of the journey requires us to lose the third dimensional beliefs. There can be no belief in lack, in unworthiness, or in any negative things. To ascend, you’ll need to conjure new beliefs and move past a negative belief system.
But, first you must begin this journey with healing.
