Overcome fear: Surrender to the soul’s desire

In recent years, it feels like fear is a growing and more powerful emotion. There appears to be more kinds of stories on the news and in social media that drive fear.
Since the pandemic, it feels like many of us are living in fear. At least that's my perception from monitoring the media, talking to friends and watching current events.
It almost feels like we're being programmed to live in fear. We surround ourselves with so many things that condition us to be fearful. And, we often allow fear to run our lives.

Decisions from a place of fear
When we make decisions out of a place of fear, we make very different decisions than if we make a decision out of a place of love, joy, and calm. You could argue that you're giving away your power, if you're deciding from a place of fear.
That said, it's a common human behaviour to act out of fear and not something to be ashamed of. From a spiritual perspective, fear is a low vibration.
I'm guilty of living in fear and have spent a lot of time vibrating at this level.
Console yourself and increase your vibration
My research is teaching me that I need to increase my vibration in order to attract positivity. I need to literally depart from the low vibration of fear and enter a higher energy.
Fear is a result of an absence in your life. It’s the absence of the true self – and true self is an alignment with the soul's desire.
Steps to help get over fear:
Start by reflecting and consoling yourself.
Ask: How can I shift out this fear?
Work with sensations and vibrations that are higher, happier and take you to the light.
Start to feel who you are – a soul.
Feel bliss.
When you meditate, leave the body:
Return to source.
Source is unconditional love and we can access source directly and indirectly through masters, guides, and loved ones.
Surrender to the soul’s desire.
Ask? What does my soul want?
Don’t come from a place of control.
Let go of the old – the constructs and things you are familiar with.
Let go of survival.
Take small steps each day to let go of things that are uncomfortable.
The fear will start easing over time.
Know that you are safe.
Take small steps.
These may seem scary but you’ll acclimate.
Each step will further your journey and you’ll expand.
You’ll attune to yourself and slowly start broadcasting at a higher frequency.
Don’t follow others.
Tune into your frequency.
Experience your soul’s desire.
Express your soul’s desire.
Evolve to a frequency that surrenders to your soul’s desire.
